1. Who we are

This website (wirecraftsys.com) is operated by wirecraftsys.com, LLC. If you request tours/quotes through this website, the tour/activities may be arranged with third-party providers.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with or disrupt its operation. You must provide accurate information when you submit a request.

3. Tour requests, quotes, and scheduling

Any tour request or quote request you submit through the website is treated as a request. We will confirm availability and provide details based on the information you provide and on provider availability.

We do not guarantee that a requested date/time is available until we confirm it with you. Availability, pricing, and inclusions can change prior to confirmation.

Where third parties are involved (e.g., local guides, transport, venues, activity providers), the performance of their services is subject to their terms and availability.

4. Liability limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wirecraftsys.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from third-party services.

We are not responsible for circumstances outside our reasonable control, including delays caused by third-party providers, weather, traffic, or other events.

5. Information we provide before a consumer contract is concluded

For consumer contracts concluded remotely (including via a website), we provide pre-contract information, in a clear and accessible way, including provider identification details, before the contract is concluded. This requirement is based on Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” № 3153-IX (10.06.2023) — Article 17.

We also ensure reliable product/service information is not misleading and is provided in a way that is accessible for remote communications. This is based on Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” № 1023-XII (12.05.1991) — Article 15, including provisions allowing product information to be provided via remote communication/official websites (as reflected in the text accessible on zakon.rada.gov.ua).

Commercial information provided to consumers in Ukraine complies with the state-language requirement. Ukrainian must be present for consumer-facing material (Law of Ukraine “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State”, as referenced within Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” № 3153-IX — Article 13).

This is based on Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” № 675-VIII (03.09.2015) — Article 7 (including quote: “Продавець (виконавець, постачальник) ... зобов’язаний забезпечити прямий, простий, стабільний доступ ... до такої інформації”).

7. Personal data and consent

If we process your personal data (for example, when you submit a contact/lead request), we use a lawful basis, including obtaining your consent where required. This is based on Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” № 2297-VI (01.06.2010) — consent definition/requirements (“згода суб’єкта персональних даних”).
